Central Capital Tower is a commercial office building that is located at the intersection of Russia Avenue and Kampuchea Krom Blvd. the area is a secondary area of Phnom Penh that consists of a low-rise residential dwelling and family-owned businesses.

The project is built on 1,792 square meters of land with a total gross floor area of 29,637.96 square meters. The development is planned to have a retail podium space, lobby area, and the management rooms on the first floor while the second to the fourth floor will be used as parking lots.
